NVMS (Northern Virginia Mediation Service) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization affiliated with the George Mason University School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution that delivers mediation and conflict management related services, training and certifications.

NVMS provides our clients (individuals, organizations, and communities) with the broadest array of communication and conflict management services of any other organization in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC metropolitan area by having highly skilled trainers, mediators, coaches, and facilitators, and by making these services customized and accessible.

NVMS helps its clients to be their best at managing conflict with a range of services and audiences including but not limited to:

• The Community: Restorative Justice Facilitation, Civil Court Mediation, and Neighborhood Dispute Resolution;
• The Workplace: Skill-building Training, Facilitation, Mediation, and Coaching; and
• Families: Divorce/Separation Mediation, Co-Parenting Education, and Intra-Family Facilitation.
