  • About Us

Angela House was founded in 2001 as a residential, transitional facility for women exiting the criminal justice system. Angela House works to establish a community of women who respect themselves and each other, and who are committed to working for their own empowerment, as well as the empowerment of their families and each other. Our mission is to provide to women after incarceration, with sensitivity to their unique needs, a safe place where they can live, grow and become the kind of person they want to be.
