Harbor Health Services includes the Daniel Driscoll- Neponset Health Center, Geiger Gibson Community Health Center, The Elder Service Plan, (located in Mattapan and Brockton, MA), The Harbor Community Health Center-Plymouth, The Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis, the Ellen Jones Community Dental Center (located in Dennis, MA) and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program.
