The St. Nicks Alliance is committed to the comprehensive revitalization of Brooklyn, New York's Williamsburg-Greenpoint community, to the benefit of low- and moderate-income residents. The corporation strategically focuses on providing services in five main areas: housing, healthcare, workforce development, economic development, and youth and families. St. Nicks follows five key principles in its planning and operations: achieve tangible results, encourage self-help and empower residents, mobilize capital and human investment, foster grassroots decision-making through partnerships and collaboration, and preserve the complex social fabric of the neighborhood.
