  • About Us

    Grace-on-the-Hill recruits young adults (ages 21-30) to engage their Christian faith through service and social justice related work in the city of Richmond, VA. 

    Interns will: 

    • Gain professional experience by working 32 hours/week in a local nonprofit 
    • Strengthen leadership skills through training and formation 1 day/week
    • Live in an intentional community with other corps members
    • Be matched with a mentor

    Housing, health insurance, food, and a personal stipend are provided for the entirely of the program (August 2017-2018). 

    Grace-on-the-Hill is a ministry of St. Andrew’s Church in partnership with the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia that invites young adults in their twenties to engage their Christian faith through a 10 month period of service, vocational discernment, and leadership formation. Interns will live together in community while sharing in the social, relational, economic, and ecological regeneration of the neighborhood and the wider community through active engagement in the neighborhood and internship placements in area non-profit organizations and churches.
