    The Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA), is a private not-for-profit Community Action Agency dedicated to improving the lives of the people it serves. It is CEDA’s mission to work in partnership with communities to empower families and individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life. CEDA, under the leadership of its Board of Directors, provides community and economic development programs and direct human services that address the needs of low-income residents and communities. CEDA designs and delivers locally based and locally operated programs that build self-sufficiency, improve the quality of life, and thus fight poverty.
