    Bend the Arc Inc. is a Domestic nonprofit registered for use as a 501(c)(3), effective March 17th, 2020.

    Multiple projects are being executed, or planned, under the umbrella nonprofit, Bend the Arc, Inc.

    These include the organization's most significant undertaking, federal class litigation on behalf of more than a million individuals being prevented from applying to, being accepted at, or attending, all institutions of higher education in the United States.     Civil Rights and Antitrust attorney Philip Schwalb (B.A. In Economics with honors, Duke University; J.D., Emory University Law School) oversees the class action and the umbrella nonprofit Bend the Arc. Schwalb previously founded the first completed project New York City's Mayor and New York States Governor designated as a Liberty Bond project to revitalize the World Trade Center area post 9/11. Later Schwalb was Senior VP and in-house counsel for Seminole Kids House, a hub for investigation, medical treatment, and emotional support for abused children.
