Voices for Children trains volunteers from the community to become Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. CASAs represent the best interests of foster youth in juvenile dependency proceedings and form a caring, one-on-one relationship with the children to whom they are assigned. CASAs strive to ensure that all children have a safe and permanent home.
