About Us
The UCI Volunteer Center was established to promote volunteerism and to focus attention on the very important role community service plays in the education of UCI students. Not only does the community benefit from individual services, but students grow personally when they have an opportunity to test their life values, to engage in meaningful problem solving, to learn from others about the community, and to apply academic theory to practice in the real world.
