Right now 774 million adults and 72 million children are without an education. The Global Campaign for Education believes that everyone should have a good quality free education, no matter what their age, sex, class or background. And for this reason we're putting on the World's Biggest Lesson on the 23rd April. This record-breaking attempt will bring children, journalists and politicians and put the spotlight on education. In over 100 countries people will take part in the same lesson on the importance of giving everyone an education, and how with the right political commitment, education for all is possible.
