    The East Atlanta Strut is a free one-day extravaganza that builds community in our East Atlanta neighborhood. The event has live local music, adult game area, artists market, the famous Strut parade, kids village, community booths, food and beverages.

    The entire East Atlanta Community comes together to help organize the strut. The Strut is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization that plans, organizes and staffs the festival solely by volunteers. We were happy to have given out $40,000 in grants to community schools and other community organizations after last year's Strut.
