About Us
Tunbridge Public Charter School was founded in 2010 and serves students in grades pre-kindergarten through grade eight. Tunbridge is operated by Afya Baltimore, Inc. Afya is the Swahili word for health. At Tunbridge PCS we focus on the intellectual, physical and social/emotional health of our students. Movement and action are at the heart of the school. Throughout the day, kids at Tunbridge PCS play, sing, act, dance, create, and perform. They work hard on their academics, learning from expert teachers how to be good readers, writers, scientists, and mathematicians.
