Lead For America exists to ensure that our nation’s most dynamic and diverse talent is working on their communities’ toughest challenges. At Lead For America we work to create a world where every person is treated with dignity, care, and kinship, is part of a vibrant, supporting, and relationship-oriented community, and has full access to achieving economic, social, and spiritual fulfillment. And we can't reach this world unless we have 1) an instilled belief among every member of society that each human is born with dignity and the capacity to love and be loved; 2) an inclusive leadership force that represents the lived experiences of people of all backgrounds; and 3) the daily practices in every being and structure -- from individuals to institutions to communities -- that will actualize this world.
