About Us
Ray of Hope Baptist Church is a community church located in northeast Baltimore City where Rev. Charles M. Franklin, Jr. is the Pastor. Here we believe that everybody needs a "Ray of Hope" and therefore we provide numerous resources and services to anyone in need. We host four FREE seasonal events that provide support and resources for families and individuals as well as an opportunity for community members to fellowship and build relationships.
