    Our Mission:

    To foster independence and improve quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Our Programs & Services

    We provide a variety of services to individuals and families living with intellectual and developmental disabilites. Our services are as follows:

    Day Programming

    Our day program provides academic and recreational development to individuals aged 21 and up. The program is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3 pm.

    Prevocational Programming

    Our prevocational program teaches skills that are necessary for employment. Our prevocational program coordinates both paid and volunteer opportunities and matches individuals to opportunities based on their skill level and interest. This program serves individuals aged 21 and up. The program is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3 pm, but will adjust hours as necessary to meet job and volunteer opportunities.

    Evening Respite

    Our Evening Respite program provides a continuum of support for individuals living at home with a family member. The respite program begins after the day program comes to a close each day. A typical day is from 4 pm to 7:30 pm.

    Weekend Respite

    Our weekend respite program serves children ages 5 to 21. Respite offers a continuum of care for parents who need support on the weekend.

    Family Support Group

    Our family support group offers education and training to self advocates and families living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The group covers a wide range of topics relevant to the population. Some topics in the past have included CPR training, nutrition, and guardianship.

    Medicaid Service Coordination

    Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) is a service provided by Medicaid to families who need assistance obtaining eligible services. We have a highly skilled MSC staff who can help you navigate a complex service system to asssure your family member or loved one receives the full range of services that they are eligible for.

    Residential Services

    We currently operate three group homes for adult individuals with developmental disabilities. Our residential servies will be expanding soon.
