    The Sustained Dialogue Institute (SDI), headquartered in Washington, DC was founded in 2002 to promote the process of Sustained Dialogue® (SD) for transforming deep-rooted conflicts in the U.S. and abroad. SDI builds capacity toward more inclusive and engaged diverse campuses, organizations, and communities. This approach towards transforming relationship and improving communities focuses on the individual, organizational, and systemic levels. In the past years, SDI has worked with over 12 countries, four communities, 10 workplaces and 25 campuses.

    The Sustained Dialogue Campus Network supports and mentors students on college campuses who promote dialogue as a means to discussing and acting on racial, ethnic, and other divisions.
