  • About Us

The mission of Citizens of the World Charter Schools New York (CWCS NY) is to provide a socioeconomically, culturally and racially diverse community of students with an intellectually challenging, experiential learning environment that develops each student's confidence, potential, and individual responsibility as a citizen of the world. Opening in 2013, we will serve students in grades K-‐1 (21-‐23 students per class) and will expand annually until we ultimately serve 350-‐ 400 students in K-‐5.

This fall we will open two schools, Citizens of the World Williamsburg Charter School (CSD 14) and Citizens of the World Crown Heights Charter School (CSD 17).
