Restorative Resources

Restorative Resources is a non-profit organization located in Santa Rosa, California whose mission is the promotion and practice of Restorative Justiceand Practices in the justice system, educational institutions, and society. Our vision is a world where our justice systems heal, our schools transform behavior challenges into emotional growth and our communities come together with compassion and creativity to overcome the challenges we face. Our practices are an alternative to the traditional punitive practices commonly used in our justice systems and our schools. We bring those involved in a wrong-doing, including victims, offenders, and others who are affected including community, law enforcement, and family members, together in restorative circles that build understanding, explore impacts, and develop agreements for what will be done to make things right as possible. Restorative Resources has been providing services since 2001 and is a West Coast leader in the field of Restorative Justice.
