  • About Us

Project COPE provides selected ex-offenders with the holistic support they need to become productive and competent members of society. Congregation-based partnership teams offer close personal relationships and accountibility to help client cope with problems in the crucial first year out of prison when problems of adjustment are most severe. Project COPE also provides a transitional housing program. Through these efforts ex-offenders achieve honorable independence and stability and the entire community is protected and enriched. Inmates returning to the St. Louis area from any Missouri prison are selected on merit without regard to type of crime, or without regard to race, color, creed, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or veteran status.
