    Established in 1975 to provide equine-assisted therapy programs to people with disabilities, Therapeutic Horsemanship is a non-profit organization that services St. Charles and surrounding counties. Our highly skilled therapists use specially trained horses during weekly therapy sessions, serving more than 200 patients annually. TH has helped clients make amazing strides - across a wide spectrum of impairments including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis. and ADHD. Our mission is to provide equine-assisted therapy programs for individuals with disabilities in order to develop their maximum physical, cognitive, and psychological potential.
