About Us
The Community Health Coalition of Metrowest (also
known as CHNA 7) is one of 27 Community Health Network Areas (CHNA) across
Massachusetts. We serve the communities of: Ashland, Framingham, Foxborough,
Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Maynard, Medfield, Millis, Natick,
Norfolk, Northborough, Plainville, Sherborn, Southborough, Stow, Sudbury,
Walpole, Wayland, Westborough and Wrentham. The Coalition is a partnership with
the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, hospitals, local service
agencies, schools, businesses, boards of health, community health centers and
other health organizations as well as other concerned citizens who are working
together to identify the health needs of communities, find ways to address
needs, and improve the health of the communities. After active participation in
a collaborative Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement
Plan process our current priorities are: Mental Health & Substance Abuse,
Access to Care, Healthy Aging and Obesity Prevention
