    The John Leland Center for Theological Studies is a Baptist seminary focused on equipping transformational leaders for the emerging church and global ministries. Leland was founded in 1998 and offers classes at its main campus in Northern Virginia and other locations in the state. Leland's international faculty and diverse student body have ties with many denominations and churches. The seminary is also a member of the prestigious Washington Theological Consortium.
