    The Talking Book and Braille Service of the Nebraska Library Commission offers free statewide library service to Nebraskans who experience visual or other physical conditions which limit their use of regular print materials.

    To provide the same access to informational and recreational reading enjoyed by other Nebraskans, the Talking Book and Braille Service offers books and magazines: recorded on cassette, and embossed in braille.
