    The American Cancer Society’s DetermiNation Baltimore program enables athletes to dedicate their training and participation in the Baltimore Running Festival’s full and half marathons to a lifesaving effort to fight back against cancer. The funds raised help the American Cancer Society support groundbreaking cancer research, provide up-to-date cancer information, advocate for all people to have access to screenings and treatment, and offer programs and services to improve the quality of life for patients facing the diseases and their families.
