New York, NY

  • About Us

The Members Assistance Program, Inc. designs, administers and evaluates programs to foster the recruitment, hiring, advancement and retention of people in construction and related industries who have been traditionally excluded on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, social class or other inappropriate criteria.

We believe in the dignity of workers and we see work as both a basic human drive as well as a powerful liberating force. We strive to improve the lives of workers and their families both at the workplace and at home through a mix of culturally sensitive work readiness training, support services, advocacy, and personal/family counseling provided by our professional social workers and counselors.
