    This question drives MFEE's work.

    For over 30 years, The Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE) has served as a learning lab to cultivate a thriving educational ecosystem that nurtures all 6,000 Montclair public school children.

    Our focus:

    • Nurture a dynamic, creative teaching force.
    • Pilot initiatives to remove educational barriers.
    • Fund impactful experiences to boost social, emotional, and mental health.
    • Cultivate community partnerships to leverage additional resources.

    Our mission:

    Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), Montclair’s local education fund, is an independent non-profit that raises private dollars to engage and empower students, teachers and supporters of public education. MFEE drives innovation and collaborates with the Montclair community to create equitable access to high quality education for all students
