About Us
Empower Schools partners with communities to help them get the schools they want with the results students need. We work with district & community leaders, educators, state education agencies and funders to align interests and develop pathways for change. Empower's approach combines the autonomies and energetic innovation of charter schools with the critical commitment to universal service and local voice of districts. We have a growing track record of success in Massachusetts and Colorado, as the design and launch partner of the Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership and Denver’s first Innovation Zone. We inform and shape policies and share learnings to help advance the Third Way.
