The Urban Music Farm (UMF) operates as a recreational music-making junction for all levels of musicians and vocalists who are interested in exploring through collective and collaborative learning, playing, and performance opportunities various musical styles including rock, blues, funk, hip-hop, alt/country, reggae and other world music genres.
Urban Music Farm’s mission is first and foremost to establish new and on-going connections between local recreational musiciansandvocalists from all walks of life, who are passionate about collectively making music without the constraints, pressures, or judgement of the competitive music scene. We believe the best music is music we can make together, enhancing our lives by providing opportunities for creativity, personal growth, and social connection like no other art form can.
