About Monmouth Medical Center A 527-bed community teaching hospital affiliated with the Saint Barnabas Health Care System - the state's largest health care system - Monmouth Medical Center is located one block from the ocean in Long Branch in Monmouth County. With more than 20,000 adult and pediatric inpatients and nearly 6,400 same day medical and surgery visits annually, Monmouth Medical Center sees more than 123,000 patients through its outpatient department and about 40,000 patients receive acute care through its Emergency Department. By maintaining a leadership role in the delivery of high-quality health care, Monmouth provides a full spectrum of services, earning national, state and regional recognition for many of its programs.
