    THE MISSION OF SEATTLE INFANT DEVELOPMENT CENTER:            

    To provide a safe, supportive environment for all working families who are entrusting SIDC with the care of their children regardless of special needs, lifestyles, race, or religion.            

    To address each child’s individual physical, cognitive, and emotional needs for the purpose of nurturing and enhancing positive self-esteem. To encourage open communication and participation of all families in the care of their children.            

    To provide a rewarding, educational, and responsive working environment for all caregiver and staff.        

    To work with other childcare centers in addressing the specific needs of the downtown community and share our experience and knowledge with other centers and the community.
