HorseAbility Therapeutic Riding Program, Hippotherapy Program and Summer Day Camp was founded in 1993 by Katie Kilcommons McGowan and serves the special needs community through a range of horse-related programs. HorseAbility is dedicated to bringing the joy of horses to the children, adults and families of the special needs community and serves those affected by physical, social, psychological, cognitive, emotional, and developmental disabilities.
