  • About Us

OK Program of Oakland is a Nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower African American men and boys to empower their communities. Our goals are to help young men develop leadership and critical thinking skills, promote academic excellence and reduce high rates of incarceration and homicide among young African American males. We improve relationships between law enforcement and African American communities. Our collaborative team mentorship model brings together local police officers, school districts and the faith-based and the local community.
