Restore Mass Ave

Restore Mass Ave (RMA) engages residents, embassies and public and private partners to plant and sustain a full canopy of trees on the two miles of Massachusetts Avenue NW known as Embassy Row. Tree canopy increased by 13% In the first 10 years of our program. Our success in arranging tree care by diverse local owners has been recognized internationally. But we need to engage more widely to make Embassy Row a living classroom in urban tree care.

Our small group needs help to meet the challenges of success. By working with RMA, you can use the knowledge of trees and ecology you have (or want to learn). You can engage with our foreign and US neighbors, civic organizations and government. We seek people who can build our capacity as one of the best-known, green NGOs in the nation's capitals.
