CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies located at JFK, Newark,and LaGuardia Airports. Based on the employers hiring requirements, CAO screens candidates and schedules interviewing events-at no cost. The airport community is encouraged to engage with the CAO to identify skill gaps and influence training to help develop a pipeline of talent for your organization.

    The CAO's mission is to promote the growth and development of job opportunities in the aviation industry for residents of the communities surrounding the New Jersey and New York metropolitan airports while at the same time responding to the human resource needs of airport employers.
