    disAbility Law Center of Virginia is the state designated protection and advocacy agency. dLCV provides legal aid and advocacy for people with disabilities. Our mission is to protect and advance legal, human, and civil rights of person with disabilities; combat and prevent abuse, neglect, and discrimination; and promote independence, choice, and self-determination by persons with disabilities. Servicing the entire state of Virginia, some of our programs include-community monitoring, special education, assistive technology, voter rights, access to state hospitals, client assistance programs and more.
