  • About Us

The Center for Neighborhood Technology's mission is to promote the development of more livable and sustainable communities. CNT’s work involves creating new ways to value currently undervalued assets in urban neighborhoods--derived from things like density, infrastructure, social networks--and then capture the value so that households and communities benefit. We spearhead research, advocacy & policy development, and economic development demonstration projects. Our work crosses issues of housing & community development, transportation, land use & air quality, and energy & natural resources.
