    This five-year Developmental Disability Planning Council-funded grant project aims to promote awareness of and access to supported decision-making in New York State through a targeted educational campaign and pilot programs designed both to divert at-risk groups of persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) from legal guardianship and also to restore the rights of persons with I/DD already under guardianship.
