    MPLP is a cooperative effort of Legal Services of Southern Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School to:

    (1)support the advocacy of Michigan civil legal aid programs; (2)coordinate advocacy for the poor among the Michigan legal aid programs; and (3)assure that a full range of advocacy continues on behalf of the poor in Michigan.
