    LITE's mission is to engage young people from around the world in empathy-building programs that create cross-cultural understanding and cultivate within individuals the capacity to be effective global citizens.

    Our core program is the Limelite Portal (at www.givelime.org). It was created for students (gr. 9-12) to cultivate a life-long habit of dialogue between individuals and communities with different values, ways of knowing, communication styles and modes of conflict resolution.
