Khan Academy is a not-for-profit organization with a mission of changing education for the better by providing a free world-class education to anyone, anywhere.
At Khan Academy, we believe students of all ages should have free, unlimited access to top-notch educational content on any topic. Learners should be able to consume and master this content at their own pace. We believe the technology exists today to fundamentally transform education, making it more accessible and individualized, and we are trying to build the tools and resources every student deserves.
In addition, we believe a great teacher can use technology to push learning to new levels. We are piloting the use of Khan Academy in classrooms at a variety of different types of schools and are studying how teachers can effectively use our resources in a blended learning environment.
