    The mission of ECDC is to resettle refugees, promote cultural, educational and socio-economic development programs in the refugee and immigrant community in the U.S., and conduct humanitarian and socio-economic development program in the Horn of Africa. ECDC’s Center for African Refugees and Immigrants (CARI), is a national program division that engages in refugee resettlement programming as well as serves and promotes African newcomers and African community-based organizations (ACBOs) throughout the United States.
