  • About Us

In 1958, The Hemophilia Foundation of Northern California (HFNC) began as an effort to raise awareness for a small group of hemophilia patients. Today, HFNC serves the needs of people impacted by bleeding disorders through enhancing quality of life by providing support, education, outreach, resources, advocacy and research through our affiliated national foundations. We support over 3,000 Northern California families (in 20 counties) with Hemophilia, Von Willebrand Disease, Platelet Disorders and a myriad of inherited and acquired blood related conditions.
