The mission of Carolina Literacy Project (CLP) is to help immigrant and refugee children in South Carolina increase their English literacy and diminish learning loss that occurs during the summer.

About Us
Carolina Literacy Project provides an English literacy summer camp that uses culturally relevant literacy strategies and innovative techniques that engage refugee and immigrant children aged 7 to 12 years. We also provide recreational experiences, arts and crafts, music, science activities as well as cultural learning through our partnerships with organizations and people in our community.
