  • About Us

The Bridge Fund is a homelessness prevention program. Services and financial assistance are offered to working poor households so they can maintain their affordable housing and the economic gains they have achieved. Services are also offered to families and individuals who receive benefits based on a work history, benefits like Social Security Retirement, disability insurance, workers compensation and Veterans.

The mission of The Bridge Fund is to prevent homelessness for vulnerable, working poor individuals and families who are threatened with the loss of their housing, but often do not qualify for emergency government assistance.
