Founded in 1992, the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA) is a member-driven association exclusively serving individuals responsible for their organization's ethics, compliance, and business conduct programs. The only organization of its kind, it is the largest group of workplace ethics and compliance practitioners in the world. The ECOA is a nonprofit, 501(c)(6) association that derives its revenue from members' dues as well as conference and other program fees.
