A division of the Bon Secours Baltimore Health System, BSMF adheres to the health system’s 120-year-old mission to improve the health of area residents. In all of its activities, the Foundation develops enduring community partnerships marked by collaboration and a comprehensive approach to community development.
Our values guide our work as a catalyst for revitalizing our community. Our partnerships enable the Foundation and resident leaders to maximize neighborhood and individual assets by improving the physical infrastructure of our neighborhoods, providing community services for residents of all ages, assisting residents to reach their financial, educational and career goals, and building the capacity of community residents and organizations.
