    The Brighter DeKalb Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support the programs and services of the DeKalb Community Service Board (CSB). The DeKalb CSB is a $31M public nonprofit provider of community-based behavioral healthcare. We offer a full range of mental health services, substance abuse treatment and developmental disabilities programs to more than 10,000 youth and adults annually at more than 20 locations across DeKalb County. The staff of physicians, nurses, clinicians and support personnel is dedicated to helping clients recover from these debilitating disabilities and resume productive lives. We envision a community in which disabilities no longer limit potential.
