    Camp Quality Texas is a non-profit, all volunteer organization providing a free week-long camping experience and support program for children with cancer. Each camper is paired with an adult companion (18 years or older). A companion spends the entire week by his/her camper’s side. A companion is the camper’s friend, cheerleader and mentor even beyond camp. No health care experience is required, as trained medical staff will be on hand. Companions offer friendship and love to a boy or girl through fun activities. By committing a little time, you can bring a great deal of joy to a child with cancer.
    We are looking for volunteers to be on staff and companions. All volunteers need to be 18+ and be able to commit to the entire week of camp.
