NAMI of Washington County

  • About Us

NAMI Washington County is one of 1,400 chapters across the United State affiliated with the National Alliance on Mental Illness. We are a grassroots, membership-governed nonprofit organization that provides free education and support programs to individuals and families affected by mental illness. We advocate for improved services and treatment with county governmental agencies, health systems, and treatment providers. And we are active in our general community to raise awareness about mental illness and combat the stigma and discrimination that still accompany mental health disorders.

More information about NAMI can be found at www.nami.org. We are one of 15 local chapters in the state of Oregon. More about NAMI activities in Oregon can be found at www.namior.org.
