Business Outreach Center Network

The Business Outreach Center Network is a non-for-profit microenterprise and small business development organization with local services in all five boroughs of New York City and Newark, New Jersey. BOC affiliate CDFI BOC Capital Corp. provides microloans and small business loans to its target market of underserved entrepreneurs in the NYC Metropolitan area. BOC helps immigrants and community members start new businesses and succeed as microenterpreneurs. As part of its economic development mission, BOC targets specialized services to child care businesses, small contractors, women and minority-owned enterprises and industrial businesses. BOC specializes in providing one-on-one consulting and access to financing and other resources to ethinically diverse start-up, new and growing small businesses. Our business counselors and lenders are professionals with a wide range of experiences and diverse backgrounds who are truly experts in providing our customized in-depth one-on-one needs assessment, business planning, marketing and management guidance. Through BOC's extensive linkages, we are able to help facilitate access to legal services, business financing and other business development resources. Since its inception BOC Network centers citywide have provided one-on-one technical assistance to thousands of microenterprise and small business clients and BOC Capital has loaned nearly $10 million.
